Fit to dive

When you join NDSAC  you will need to complete a BSAC self declaration, UK Sport Diver Medical Form. This is standard practice  for all UK dive clubs and schools, irrespective of which training agency they belong to. You don’t have to be super-fit to dive, but you must satisfy certain basic health and fitness requirements. If you have to answer ‘yes’ to any of the questions you must contact a Diver Medical Referee.  

These forms also need to be completed by all diving club members when rejoining annually to ensure the clubs records are up to date.

NDsac visit to SS Great Britain. 1st March 2020

NDSAC AGM 27th Feb.2020. at Shroton Village Hall

The following changes were made to the committee:

Mike Shields as Training Officer, Rachel Carter as Social Secretary and Guy Ginger as membership Secretary.

Thanks to Nicky Chattaway and Kathryn Osbourne who stepped down this year.

Mike Shields recieved the D.Os award for his support with training.

The new club safeguarding policy was introduced with the role of Club Welfare Officer.

An extra award for the Chairman from the D.O.
